1. Nature of Digital Products
All Tonaling products are delivered digitally.
By purchasing, downloading, or activating our software, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to 2 personal machines (unless otherwise specified in your purchase).
The software license is for your own use.
Reselling, redistributing, or sharing license keys is strictly prohibited.
3. Refund Policy
No Refunds
Because software is a non-returnable digital product, all sales are final. Once a license key has been issued, we cannot provide refunds.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered in limited situations, such as:
Accidental duplicate purchases
Verifiable billing errors
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
Demo & Compatibility
Customers are encouraged to test the demo version (if provided) to ensure compatibility with their system before purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
All code, sounds, raga data, graphics, and other content within the software and this website remain the intellectual property of Tonaling UK
You may use the software output (music, performances, recordings) freely in your own creative works (commercial or non-commercial).
You may not extract, resell, or repackage raw content (presets, raga data, MIDI files, audio samples) for distribution.
5. Support & Updates
Free updates are provided at Tonaling’s discretion.
Technical support is available via our official channels.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility, but cannot guarantee error-free performance in all systems or DAWs.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tonaling and its developers are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our software, including but not limited to:
Data loss
Project corruption
System instability
Financial or business losses
You use the software at your own risk.
7. Educational & Institutional Licensing
Verified students and teachers may request educational discounts.
Schools and institutions may purchase multi-seat licenses at discounted rates.
All educational licenses are subject to proof of eligibility.
8. Termination of License
Tonaling reserves the right to revoke licenses in cases of fraud, piracy, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
